The history of CONTI's Confectionary begins in Genoa in 1951, when Corrado Conti began to dedicate itself to the production of the classic Pandolce Genovese, a cake known and always present during the Christmas period on the tables of every families and also all trought the year! This classic Genoese tradition of antique origin, almost melts in the mouth, is rich in soft raisins, candied fruit and pine nuts. The CONTI pandolce is the result of a careful and loving choice of the best ingredients, always of the highest quality and made from ancient trasditional recipe that preserves those flavors that have been forgotten. Our company thanks to the conbination of Genoese pastry and tradition, today produces exquisite variations of many typical products, such as Pandolce Genovese al Cacao, Pandolce with Nuts and Figs or Pandolce with chestnut flour and honey. Our production includes many typical Ligurian desserts, as well as original desserts, such as Dolcemais or Dolce Autunno. Finally, Assorted Candies and other Sweet products already in gift boxes, are always appreciated by everyone!
